Admission Procedure

The school Management reserves to itself to admit or refuse a child seeking admission to the school without furnishing any reason what so ever. Similarly, the management decides when the question of retaining a student in the class arises.

• The registration for fresh admission commences from the first week of December.
• There is no written test for admission in LKG, UKG, Class I & Class II.
• For the Admission to the next upper classes the student has to qualify a written test.
• Registration is no guarantee for admission and registration fee is not refundable.
• The admission is strictly on the basis of performance in the admission test.

Mathematics and English

A parent or a guardian of a new student seeking admission must note that the following attachments are necessary at the time of registration of forms.

PRE- PRIMARY CLASSES

• Birth certificate issued by a competent authority.
• Two recent passport size colored photograph of the child.
• One recent passport size colored photograph of the child with his/her parents.
• A certificate from a registered medical practitioner stating the child’s physical condition and dates of immunization against infectious contagious diseases and indicating allergies or recurring illness, if any, along with a photocopy of the immunization card.
• A self addressed envelope with the child’s name clearly written on it.

CLASS II AND ABOVE

• Transfer certificate (original).
• Photocopy of report card/mark sheet.
• A certificate from a registered medical practitioner stating the child’s physical condition and dates of immunization against infectious contagious diseases and indicating allergies or recurring illness, if any.
• Three passport size colored photographs of the child.
• A self addressed envelope with the child’s name clearly written on it.
• No child less than 3 years of age or more than 4 years by the beginning of the academic year will be admitted in L.K.G.
• Admission to class XI will be based on the results of class X and the personal interview / counseling.
• The admission fee, annual fee, development charges and the first installment of the tuition fees must be paid in advance to complete the admission process. No fees will be refunded under any circumstances or situations.

Age Limit for Admission (As on 1st APRIL)

All admissions will be strictly on the merit of the candidates. Any effort to seek admission by offering donation to the school or by some recommendation will be debarred from getting admission.
